A north central Indiana farmer says he was able to wrap up harvest before wind and wet conditions caused too much damage to crops.

“We think we salvaged significant amounts by getting in versus some of my neighbors who are claiming a 20-50-bushel loss with the corn that has fallen over and is almost impossible for them to pick up,” he says.
