North Central Indiana farmer Denny Maple says it’s anyone’s
guess if year-round E15 will be in place for the summer driving season.
“We had the government shutdown at the first of the year that slowed the process down,” he says. “We’re hopeful that they push it through and get it done in a timely manner.”
There have been conflicting statements about the EPA’s
timeline for approving year-round E15.
