Lake Erie Bill of Rights passes

Citizens of Toledo have passed the Lake Erie Bill of Rights, which says Lake Erie and the Lake Erie Watershed has the right to “exist, flourish, and naturally evolve.” Ohio Farm Bureau says this will allow people to file a lawsuit on the lake’s behalf against any businesses in the Lake Erie Watershed.
