A 40-foot Norway spruce tree from Lebanon, Missouri has been brought to the Governor’s Mansion in Jefferson City. It’ll be displayed on the grounds outside. The tree had gotten too big for its original space after being planted 25 years ago by Mike and Linda Knudson to mark the birth of their son. The couple donated the tree for Christmas.
Six trees were also brought in Monday to decorate the interior of the mansion, all coming from Pea Ridge Farm in Hermann.
