Welcome to Chippendales’ Annaleigh Ashford has been tapped to star in the upcoming Paramount+ true crime drama series Happy Face, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Dropout‘s Michelle Showalter has signed on to direct the series pilot, based on the titular podcast, which itself is based on Melissa Moore’s autobiography Shattered Silence.
