The USDA says crop conditions declined last week in Missouri.
Corn and soybeans are rated 27% good to excellent. Ninety percent of the corn crop is silking and 68% of soybeans are blooming, both ahead of the five-year average.
Cotton squaring reached 95%, compared to the five-year average of 80%. Seventy-six percent of the crop is in good to excellent shape.
Rice conditions are rated 79% good to excellent with 39% of the crop headed.
