The 90th annual Indiana FFA State Convention kicks off today. Some highlights will include community service projects, recognizing the Stars over Indiana and agricultural proficiency award winners, and the election of state officers Indiana FFA State Northern Region Vice President Savannah Bordner recalls attending her first state convention years ago… “I heard the state president at the time give her retiring address and she said you may outgrow the jacket, but you’ll never outgrow the experience and I remember going home and telling my parents I want to be up on that stage someday doing that,” she says.
