Wet and cool conditions continued in Michigan last week. USDA says 91 percent of corn and 69 percent soybeans are now planted and well behind average. Dry beans are 31 percent planted, more than 50 percent behind last year. Oats are 95 percent planted. Winter wheat condition is 38 percent good to excellent. The crop is now 97 percent jointed and 79 percent headed. Corn is 40 percent and soybeans are 38 percent good to excellent.
