The Missouri State Fair kicked off in central Missouri on Thursday.

Missouri Ag Director Chris Chinn says the fair is the agriculture community’s largest reunion.
“It truly is what the Missouri State Fair feels like for so many of us that make it a tradition to come to the fair,” she says.
