A leader with the American Farm Bureau Federation says he’s concerned about the ramifications of California’s Proposition 12 law.
Joby Young is AFBF’s executive vice president and says, “When a state is able to pass a law in its borders that mandates production practices, whether it’s a protein product or an agriculture product or a product in any industry, that can lead to a lot of complications for interstate commerce.”
