Legislation that would bring specialized agriculture license
plates to Minnesota is progressing in the House.
Minnesota FFA Foundation director Val Aarsvold says the bill has been taken up by the Transportation Committee, who recently included it in the transportation omnibus bill.
“And we’re pretty excited about that because now it will go to the committee and be part of that discussion. We feel like Minnesota citizens are going to support this license plate, which will return much-needed financial support to FFA and 4-H programs in Minnesota.”
She tells Brownfield the House and Senate will likely take
up the omnibus bill in early May.
