The USDA says the U.S. all-milk price for July was $18.70
a hundredweight, which was 60 cents higher than June and $3.20 a hundredweight
higher than last July.
New Mexico continued to receive the lowest all-milk price
at $17.20, followed by Michigan and Kansas.
Prices in Indiana were also below the national average at $18.00. The highest July all-milk price was $22.20 a
hundredweight in Florida.
In the Midwest, Illinois and Wisconsin farmers received
$18.80, Iowa $18.70, Minnesota $19.20, and South Dakota farmers got $19.80 a
hundredweight.
