The CEO of the American Soybean Association says the administration is sending mixed signals ahead of the meeting between President Trump and Chinese president Xi.
Ryan Findlay says ASA would love to see the two countries reach an agreement but it’s unclear if that will happen anytime soon.
“From the people we have visited with, both within the United States and in China and the media reports that are coming out, it goes back in forth from there’s going to be an agreement to there’s not going to be an agreement,” he says.
