Attorney for farmers says Syngenta’s $1.51B settlement “fair”

One of the attorneys appointed to the class action case for farmers against Syngenta in the well-known “corn to China” case says the final settlement amount of $1.51 Billion dollars is fair, “Under this settlement, corn farmers from throughout the country who were members of the class will receive real money. This is not a settlement like some class settlements that people have heard about for coupons or minimal amounts of money.” That’s Don Downing with Gray, Ritter & Graham law firm.
