Missouri Senator Roy Blunt says Missouri is a national ag leader and both Kansas City and St. Louis would be a great fit for the USDA’s Economic Research Service (ERS) and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) offices.
Ag Secretary Perdue announced finalist locations for the relocation of the offices from Washington DC and Kansas City and St. Louis were among the top five.
Blunt says Missouri is a great place to live and work and
both cities are close to some of the top agricultural research institutions in
the country.
