Cash dairy prices end week steady to higher

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher Friday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was unchanged at $0.73. No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0050 at $1.4725.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4675 to $1.4725.  Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.44.  No sales were recorded at that price.  Butter prices were unchanged at $1.71 after a ten-cent Thursday jump.  No sales were recorded.   Nonfat dry milk was up $0.04 at $1.64.  One sale was recorded at $1.6350.
