Charges have been filed against three people in connection with an investigation into animal cruelty at Fair Oaks Farms. The Newton County Sheriff’s Office said Monday that misdemeanor charges for the beating of a vertebrate animal have been filed. The charges come after the Florida-based Animal Recovery Mission released undercover videos showing animal abuse at the northern Indiana farm. Fair Oaks has temporarily suspended its home delivery service. of milk, cheese, and other products.
