Chinese purchases could take longer

Chinese
purchases of U.S. ag products, agreed to last month, could take longer to
materialize.

White
House economic advisor Larry Kudlow told Fox Business news that exports under
the phase-one agreement could take longer, but he sees minimal impact on supply
chains.

The
spread of the coronavirus in China threatens to slow domestic growth.

The head of ADM tells Bloomberg, he believes China will adhere to the agreement, but they don’t expect large purchases until the second half of the year.
