The Climate Corporation has launched climate activation specialists to help farmers get the most out of Climate FieldView™.
Stephanie Lynch is the company’s customer experience manager and tells Brownfield Ag News, “In a lot of ways, digital ag is relatively new to farmers.”
She says Climate Corporation learned lots of lessons about
that in 2019, “We learned that really having an on-farm and some more face-to-face
assistance is incredibly valuable to our farmer customers.”
Lynch says the team of specialists has a lot of farm and
precision ag experience to help with things like compatibility and setting up
farmers accounts, “Showing them how to collect and stream data and then, also,
helping them through some of the valuable features and tools of our product.”
Lynch says they also have support teams in-house to help farmers use the high-value features in the digital tool.
