The cheese market had a second straight day of buying activity Thursday. Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.81. Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8075 to $1.8175.
Cheese barrels were down $0.02 at $1.94. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.94 to $1.95.
After one day, the butter price climbed back above the three-dollar threshold, up $0.0550 to $3.03.
