Milk futures were lower and cash dairy prices were steady to lower Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
January Class III milk was down $0.47 at $19.07. February was down $0.35 at $18.24. March was down $0.07 at $18.32. April was down $0.12 at $18.50. May through November contracts ranged from two cents lower in September to nine cents lower in May, June, and July.
Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4150. No sales were recorded.
