January Class III milk was up $0.15 at $15.69. February was up $0.16 at $15.89. March was up $0.11 at $16.47. April was up $0.03 at $17.25. May through November contracts ranged from one cent higher in August to twelve cents higher in May.
Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.3850. One sale was recorded at that price.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0250 at $1.4150. Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.3875 to $1.4175.
Cheese barrels were up $0.0450 at $1.47. Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4350 to $1.47.
Butter was up $0.08 at $2.6225. No sales were recorded.
Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0050 at $1.1650. No sales were recorded.
