Milk futures and the cash dairy markets continued to fall Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
March Class III milk was down $0.19 at $16.77. April was down $0.39 at $16.78. May was down $0.33 at $17.22. June was down $0.15 at $17.75.
July through January contracts ranged from unchanged in January to twelve cents lower in July. Friday’s Class III trade volume was 1,847 contracts.
Dry whey was down $0.0025 at $0.4250. No sales were recorded.
