February Class III milk was down $0.03 at $16.23. March was down $0.12 at $17.33. April was down $0.10 at $17.63. May was down $0.09 at $17.86.
June through December contracts ranged from one cent lower in July to twelve cents lower in October. Wednesday’s Class III trade volume was estimated at just over thirteen hundred contracts.
Dry whey was down $0.01 at $0.49. No sales were recorded.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.6150. No sales were recorded.
Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.5750. No sales were recorded.
Butter was unchanged at $2.77. No sales were recorded.
Nonfat dry milk was down $0.02 at $1.22. One sale was recorded at $1.2225.
