February Class III milk was down $0.03 at $16.16. March was down $0.41 at $17.02. April was down $0.37 at $17.30. May was down $0.26 at $17.66.
June through December contracts ranged from unchanged between August and December to fifteen cents lower in June. Wednesday’s Class III trade volume was just over eighteen hundred contracts.
Dry whey remains unchanged at $0.52 for a fourth straight trading session. No sales were recorded.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.07 at $1.5150. No sales were recorded.
Cheese barrels were down $0.0250 at $1.5750. Two sales were recorded at $1.5750 and $1.58.
Butter was up $0.0050 at $2.7175. No sales were recorded.
Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0125 at $1.18. One sale was recorded at that price.
