The milk futures were down and cash cheese flat at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Monday.
Class Three June milk was down $.04 to $15.43. July was down $.14 at $15.90. August was down $.10 to $16.52. September was down $.10 to $16.81. The milk futures from October through next May ranged from seven to twelve cents lower.
Grade AA Butter was unchanged at $2.39 per pound. No sales were recorded.
