Milk futures were up and cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December Class III milk was unchanged for a second day at $20.50 with low trading volume. January was up $0.21 at $19.25 recovering Monday’s losses. February was up $0.09 at $19.21. March was up $0.08 at $19.45. April through October contracts ranged from nine cents lower in October to ten cents higher in May.
Dry whey was up $0.01 at $0.4550. One sale was recorded at that price.
