Cooperatives Working Together has announced a new export assistance contract which will help sell almost two million pounds of cheese and more than three million pounds of whole milk powder.
The powder, the Cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese will be delivered between now and June to undisclosed buyers as part of 14 export assistance contracts.
This round of sales is equivalent to 1.3 billion pounds of milk on a milkfat basis.
