A south-central Minnesota farmer says crops are evening out after a wet start to the growing season.
Kristin Weeks-Duncanson of Mapleton tells Brownfield her corn and soybeans are improving, but many fields have potholes from too much rain.
“It’s not the crop of our lives, but there’s a crop out there. There’s some places that have really big holes in the middle of the field where the water took the plant out early, and the same with the soybean fields.
