Don’t sleep on underutilized cuts of meat

We’re all familiar with the cuts of beef or pork that we see consistently at the grocery store meat counter. 

Gary Sullivan a professor at the University of Nebraska says while not every cut is the same, it doesn’t mean there’s not a use for the ones you don’t see quite as often.
