An agronomist with Channel Seed says corn progress continues to be about two weeks ahead of schedule in Ohio.
“I think we could harvest a lot more corn earlier than we normally do,” he says. “In fact some growers may harvest corn before they combine very many soybeans.”
Dave Klamfoth says soybean progress is also ahead of schedule.
He tells Brownfield he anticipates above average yields.
“Overall yields are going to be really good,” he says.
