The House Agriculture Committee will be taking testimony on the next farm bill in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Congressman Derrick Van Orden tells Brownfield farmers and others connected to agriculture and nutrition can tell elected officials what they would like to see in the new farm bill. “(Chairman) GT Thompson and a bunch of my buddies are going to show up. We’re going to be at the La Crosse Center on the 16th starting at one-o-clock in the afternoon.”
Van Orden says at other hearings, he has seen some common themes in the testimony and he’s looking forward to bringing another hearing to his district.
