FFA students from all over Wisconsin are working together to help others.
It’s FFA’s Day of Service, and hundreds of FFA members were at one of eleven sites around Madison helping others. Amelia Hayden was the FFA State President five years ago, and now she’s the ag educator for the Osseo-Fairchild schools and helping coordinate this year’s Day of Service Activities. She tells Brownfield, “We have students across Madison at Ronald McDonald House, at various community centers giving back, as well as different parks through Dane County and City of Madison parks.”
One of this year’s workers is Genevieve Ganske from the Waupun FFA chapter.
