Foreign soybean buyers have been getting a firsthand look at the U.S. soybean industry through the Soybean Oil Masters Program.
Will McNair, Worldwide Director of Oil and Soy Food Programs, with the U.S. Soybean Export Council says it is an opportunity to teach about the industry.
“Teaching people everything from where the beans are produced to how the soybean oil is produced in that country or how it crushed and refined to make the products they use to the nutritional and actual end uses, including how it’s used in different marketplaces,” he said.
