Former National FFA communications director Bill Stagg died of cancer on September 6, 2019 at the age of 67.
Stagg worked
with National FFA for more than 40 years where played a key role in helping the
organization transition from the Future Farmers of America to the National FFA.
Stagg was
awarded both the Honorary American FFA Degree and the VIP Citation, which
recognizes individuals who contribute to the FFA mission of student success and
ag education.
