The governors of Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri will meet today in Council Bluffs, Iowa with officials of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and FEMA.
According to a news release, Governors Kim Reynolds, Pete Ricketts and Mike Parson will get an updated assessment of flood damage, discuss anticipated Missouri River outflow over the coming days, and identify regional solutions for flooding and levee repairs.
The governors will hold a news conference following the meeting and Brownfield will be there to cover it.
