Soybean harvest in Illinois is more than one-quarter
complete.
As of Sunday, 27% of the crop was harvested up 15 percentage
points from the previous week. The USDA rates Illinois soybeans 43% good to
excellent.
Corn harvest is not far behind at 23 percent complete up 10
percentage points from the previous week. The crop is rated 44% good to
excellent.
Winter wheat planting is 38% complete and 13% of the crop
has emerged.
