Indiana Farm Bureau’s 2019
legislative priorities include reducing extraterritorial authority, increasing
rural school funding, expanding broadband deployment, and improving uniformity
in property tax assessments.

Randy Kron says cities and towns in Indiana should not be able to regulate
outside of their jurisdiction.
“We want to make sure what impact that
has or kind of limit (extraterritorial authority) so Indiana agriculture can do
what we do best,” he says.
