Jeff Jorgenson farms in the southwestern corner of Iowa, near the town of Sidney. Jorgenson has been growing cover crops for five years and is one of a growing number of Midwestern farmers who are realizing the benefits that cover crops can bring to a cattle operation.
We stopped by the Jorgenson farm last week and visited with Jeff about his cover crops/cattle combination.
