The J.R. Simplot Company has officially agreed to acquire Pinnacle
Agriculture’s business holdings and subsidiaries.
Their combined footprint will include more than 240 agribusiness
locations in more than 35 sates. The acquisition
is expected to close by early next year.
President of Simplot’s AgriBusiness Group Doug Stone says
they are thrilled to welcome Pinnacle employees, customers and partners, and will
be able better serve customers in some of the most important agricultural
communities.
