Johnson urges USMCA passage

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says it’s time for

Congress to pass the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement.

Speaking on the House floor Wednesday, Johnson said the benefits to agriculture in the USMCA are compelling and open up new access to Canadian markets, “For wheat and wine. For eggs, dairy and poultry. It increases agricultural exports by $2-BILLION a year and that’s why 1,000 ag groups from across the country have endorsed USMCA.”

Johnson says American producers know that with fair access

to markets they can compete and win.
