Kansas State University breaks ground on Global Center for Grain and Food Innovation

A new facility at Kansas State University is expected to provide revolutionary research and innovation in food product development, safety, and security.

U.S. Senator Roger Marshall says the Global Center for Grain and Food Innovation will help find solutions for some of agriculture’s biggest challenges. “Not only is it going to help our producers produce more with less, but this is how we feed the world through these innovations that we’re going to be studying here,” Marshall said.
