White House Economic Adviser Larry Kudlow says
the U.S. and China are getting “closer and closer” to a trade deal.
He says progress was made when the Chinese
Vice Premier was in Washington last week, and talks are continuing with top
trade officials through teleconferencing.
Kudlow says a lot of the difficult topics
that have remained sticking points are being resolved. He says progress has
been made on the forced transfer of technology.
