A western Nebraska land broker says the amount of rangeland coming up for sale in on the increase.
Jordan Maassen is with North Platte-based Lashley Land Brokers. He says there are more Sandhills ranches for sale right now than they’ve seen in a long time.
Maassen says it’s partly because of economics–but age is also a factor.
