Land O’Lakes has acquired Iowa-based Agren, a software company specializing in soil health and conservation.
Land O’Lakes SUSTAIN senior vice president Matt Carstens says the acquisition solidifies the agribusiness giant as a leader in sustainability.
“If you think about everything that goes on with a farm, soil is at the base of all of it.”
He tells Brownfield Land O’Lakes will use Agren technology as a game-changer for member farmers and ag retailers.
