At the Chicago
Mercantile Exchange, live cattle ended the day mostly higher in a narrow range on
the potential for stronger cash trade.
Feeder cattle found support in the days modestly lower corn trade. October live cattle closed $.05 lower at
$102.95 and December live cattle closed $.25 higher at $108.75. October feeder cattle closed $.65 higher at
$143.10 and November feeder cattle closed $.32 higher at $141.45.
A light direct cash cattle trade has been reported.
