Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed mixed after USDA confirmed a case of atypical BSE in a cow in Florida and lowered the all milk price for July.
September milk closed up six cents at $16.48. October was down four cents at $16.60. November down four cents at $16.56. December down three cents at $16.36. January through next August contracts closed one to three cents higher.
Blocks closed unchanged at $1.6675.
