Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed the week in mixed trade, approaching the $18 level, while cash trade was limited.
July Class III milk futures down a
penny at $17.41. August down three cents at $17.66. September up seven cents at $17.99. October nine cents higher at $17.99. November through February contracts four to
eight cents higher.
Dry whey up $0.0050 at $0.34.
Blocks unchanged at $1.78.
Barrels unchanged at $1.7050. Eleven trades were made ranging from $1.7050
to $1.7075.
Butter down $0.0125 at $2.3975. Fourteen trades were made ranging from $2.3975
to $2.41.
