A northwest Minnesota farmer suggests current economic conditions are closer to those of the 1980’s farm crisis than some want to admit.
Bryan Klabunde says he was a farm kid growing up in the 80’s.
“And the conversations they were having are the same conversations I’m having today.”
He tells Brownfield while interest rates are lower than in the 80’s, the amount of money borrowed today more than makes up for it.
