Minnesota farmer sees exceptional corn yields despite dry summer

A west-central Minnesota farmer is half done with harvest and says corn yields are exceptional.

Doug Albin tells Brownfield crops performed very well considering the limited amount of rain this summer.

“These new hybrids and the technology is absolutely amazing to be able to produce a crop.”

The Clarkfield area corn and soybean grower farms with his wife and says harvest should be winding down by the end of next week.
